Crysteel’s Customer Satisfaction Pledge is designed to be the most comprehensive warranty in the truck equipment industry.  This pledge covers new products for a period of five (5) years, and is not restricted by vehicle mileage or when product is invoiced to our distributors.  Our warranty begins when the final customer puts our product into service.

Matching hoists compliment the dump body to provide optimum dumping performance. Bodies are specially designed to work with your choice of either a Crysteel Lo-Boy or Stingray Hoist.

Tire and Wheel Balancing 

We are also proud to offer you tire and wheel balancing with our computerized Hunter Force Match Balancer. Out of round conditions can cause wheel vibration. Let us help you improve the ride quality of your truck. Set up your alignment appointment with Mike.

Our balancer can help smooth out your ride and can extend the life of your tire. We advise having your tires balanced   with the purchase of any new tires.

Repair / Alignment 

Truck repair is a major part of our business.  We do all types of repairs – engines, transmissions, brakes, clutches, wiring (including electric trailer brakes) and all general maintenance that trucks require.  We install and repair all of the equipment that we sell.  We do DOT Annual Inspections.  We can modify (shorten/lengthen) truck chassis' when mounting bodies.  We can do alignments on trucks from one-ton to semis, cranes and motor homes.  Our repair center prides itself on customer satisfaction.  We strive to complete our customer’s repair needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We understand that having your truck out of service is very costly to your business.
